Lymphatic massage – Simply Flow
Lymphatic drainage massage activates the lymphatic system to improve detoxification and fluid flow; it reduces swelling/water retention and pain and enhances immunity. It is beneficial for pre- and post-surgeries. It alleviates symptoms like sinusitis and fatigue and can also improve bloating and IBS, promoting better sleep and overall well-being. It is a medicinal treatment.

Releasing Deep Tension and Stored Emotions
Our bodies don’t just react to stress — they hold onto it. Over time, unresolved emotional experiences can become “stored” in our muscles, fascia, and our nervous system, showing up as chronic pain, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm. Commonly stress is expressed through bodily symptoms such as:
- Jaw clenching and TMJ discomfort
- Chronic headaches or migraines
- Neck and shoulder tightness
- Difficulty relaxing or sleeping
- Feeling emotionally “numb” or on edge
Relaxation massage – Simply Melt
Relaxation massage has many physical, physiological and psychological advantages. My intention is to provide a unique massage experience- I use a combination of light and firm strokes, in a slow manner to stimulate the nervous system and to facilitate acessing a deep state of relaxation, where rest and recharge is possible. I take my time to gently work with the tissues, that may hold tension and stress. As a physiotherapist I know the body and the nervous system very well, and each person and their body has a unique story to tell. I feel that through the touch and my intention is to provide a therapeutic, nourishing and nurturing experience for the body and mind.
Somatic Movement Practice
Somatic Movement practice utilises breath, gentle movements and mindfulness to explore movement and sensations in the body in a curious but neutral way. Such gentle approach allows to become aware of tension, posture, or tissue imbalances. For some people that may have chronic pain, this practice allows for a window of opportunity to break the vicious cycle of pain, movement and fear, with time leading to recalibration/reorganisation of the nervous system to recognise safety and empowerment. This may feel like coming home to ourselves, and I am here to guide and support you through that journey of coming home to you.
